Tilapia Tostada with a Chili Lime Cream Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 lb Tilapia Filets
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 Lime
- 1/2 C Sour Cream
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 8 Tostada Shells
- 2 C Cabbage shredded
- 1 Avocado sliced
- 1 C Cherry Tomatoes quartered

Chili Lime Sauce
- Combine the juice of half the lime (about 2-3 tsp) with the Sour Cream, 1/4 tsp of the Chili Powder and the Garlic Powder. Set aside in the fridge until ready to use
Fish
- Season the Tilapia fillets with remaining 1/4 tsp of Chili Powder as well as Salt & Pepper.
- Put some tin foil on a broiler pan and coat with cooking spray. Place the Tilapia fillets on the pan and position under the broiler for 5-6 minutes.
- When you put the fish in the oven put the Tostada shells on a baking sheet and place on the lowest rack in the oven
- Remove the Fish and shells from the oven. Break the fish into chunks. Place fish portions on the Tostada Shell with a smear of the Chili Lime Sauce. Top with Shredded Cabbage, Tomatoes and Avocado slices and your favorite Hot Sauce. Serve with a wedge of Lime to squeeze
