Ingredients
- 2 lb 90/10 Ground Beef
- 1/2 C Brown Sugar
- 2 Tb Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 1 Onion Diced
- 1 Red Bell Pepper Diced
- 2 Tb Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 Tb Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 15 oz Cans Tomato Sauce
- 1 6 oz Can Tomato Paste
- 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
- 1 Tb Garlic Powder

Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with a Tb of Olive Oil. Add the meat and beging to break it up and start to brown it Add the Brown Sugar and Steak seasoning
- While the meat is browning dice up the Onion and Bell Pepper. Once the meat is mostly browned add the veggies and cook them until just tender
- After the veggies have softened turn the heat down to medium and add the rest of the ingredients: Red Wine Vinegar, Worcestershire, Tomato sauce, Tomato paste, Crushed Red Pepper, and the Garlic powder Continue to cook and allow to reduce
