• Fortunately I've learned how to do it all. I can do everything an attorney can do except in the court room.

Mr. Klein "endorsing" this site.

• (Laughing...) I have to say, it's a very good story. And I'm impressed with it. I mean it's pretty good it's shows somebody's who deeply pissed off.

Mr. Klein saying that he thinks Marc and Greg want to fire Mike.

• If it was up to them right now if they did not want to keep him close, keep eye on him and everything they'd probably fire him.

Mr. Klein threatening me with a felony or misdemeanor charges

• (Mr. Klein) It can even be a felony. Definitely a misdemeanor, but....
• (Dave) I, I don't see any Mesa PD here to...
• (Mr. Klein) It's not arrestable
• (Dave) Then it's not a misdemeanor its not felony
• (Mr. Klein) Well that's not true, nobodies brought charges yet. That's what I'm here for...
• (Dave) That's what I'm saying...Oh you're here to bring charges?
• (Mr. Klein) No, I here to find out. Well charges will definitely be brought if it is not ended.

Mr. Klein telling me he does not believe Mike either (talking about a tape recording he has of Mike.

• Let me tell you something. When you listen to it you believe Conway. Unfortunately I don't think it's all true myself.

Mr. Klein threatening to shut down this Internet Site and get Judge Dairman's ruling reversed.

• (Mr. Klein) This will stop by the way. I can stop it very fast. This will stop and then we will go to court. You won't be allowed to do this very fast. This will come very quick. We'll end that. We'll rescind the, what happened in court cause that was ridiculous. Now all the, all the terms are finally...let's say they (unintelligible) have a dictionary.

Mr. Klein believes that I can say that Mike Conway is "stupid"

• Say, I can't say whether he's to stupid or not, I think it's justifiable that you could say it.

Finding out the relationship between Mr. Klein and Marc, et. al.

• (Dave) How are you being, I mean out of the "goodness of your heart" are doing this?
• (Mr. Klein) No, hell no. I'm, I'm have a fee that I charge that uh to mediate and consult...
• (Dave) And Who pays your fee?
• (Mr. Klein) They're paying me. They have paid me.

Mr. Klein seems to be indicating that his clients will lie under oath!!

• Comes time to deposition time and what they'll say and what really happened....(Laugh) truly unbelievably different.
